Water Supply Systems and Wildfires (Virtual)

This webcast serves as the Water Science and Technology Board (WSTB) spring 2025 meeting and will discuss the impacts of wildfires on water supply systems. The discussions will cover contamination of drinking water treatment and distribution systems resulting from wildfires, storm water and drinking water impacts to downstream communities following fires, and policies and programs for water supplies that can improve wildfire response and recovery.
