2nd Annual CAFÉ Climate & Health Conference, virtual. The CAFE Climate and Health Conference is an interdisciplinary opportunity for individuals from across the climate and health field to gather for cross-sector collaboration and engagement. Unlike traditional research conferences, we don't just provide opportunities to share the latest cutting-edge research in climate and health, but also for professionals (and students) to engage around policy, research translation, community engagement, capacity building, data needs, and gaps in the field.

Hosted at the National Academy of Sciences on March 1-3 and the John Hopkins Bloomberg Center on March 4, this pivotal gathering will bring together leaders, experts, and advocates committed to driving progress toward a healthier, more sustainable, and just future. Through a series of dynamic sessions — offered in person and online — we will examine the state of our planet’s health and the necessary steps to achieve a sustainable future.

The forum will bring together national leaders and practitioners to discuss innovations in the application of nature-based solutions (NBS) for hazard mitigation and climate adaptation. Discussions will focus on overcoming challenges in scaling NBS and finding collaborative, equitable solutions.
